Have confidence when you
order from us. If you are not satisfied with any
item you order from us, you may return it within
30 days from the date of receipt for store
credit or for a refund. Returned merchandise
must include all original packaging and
paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as
to avoid shipping damage. Returned merchandise
that does not arrive in appropriate condition
will not be refunded in full. Shipping charges
cannot be refunded unless it is evidenced that
the part(s) are defective or that we made an
error in fulfillment of the order.
Our goal is to give our

and in order to achieve such, it is essential
that our customers can shop knowing that their
well being is protected.

International Orders
We routinely ship products
all over the world, and can easily accommodate
orders to be shipped outside the United States.
Shipping prices are unique
for each customer. Please contact us for a
shipping quote.
We have a network of
wholesale distributors abroad. Contact us to get
a referral to a distributor in your area, or to
set up a wholesale account with us to distribute
our products outside the United States.
Checking the Status of
Your Order
Please always feel free to
check with us for information regarding an order
you've placed. The easiest way to do so is to
either enter your tracking number in the
customer section, or call us at 1-800-419-1152.
Orders are invoiced by name, so please provide
your full name when contacting us.
Shortly after you place an
order, your order is assigned an invoice number.
You can contact us at any time to get your
invoice number, which can be used to look up or
reference your order.
Items that are in stock
normally take 5 to 7 days to be delivered.
Orders that are not in stock are, on average,
delivered 2 to 4 weeks from the time of order.
Return/Exchange Policy and
Authorization
Please contact us should you
choose to return or exchange merchandise. This
will prevent confusion and will allow us to make
arrangements for a pick-up of the merchandise to
be returned.
Returned merchandise must

Please be sure you truly want
something before you order it. If an order has
been shipped, a 10% re-stocking fee will be
assessed on cancellations, and you will be

are entitled to either a full refund or a
replacement product at no extra charge.

in from the listing on the left hand side of any
page on our website. Every product on our
website is listed twice - once in our
"search by type of car" catalog and
once in our "search by type of
product" catalog.

Parts We Manufacture
We manufacture a wide variety
of automotive re-styling parts. We manufacture
everything from body kits to hoods to fenders to
styling scoops.
We manufacture our parts out
of fiberglass composites or polyurethane,
depending on the part.
Manufacturing Process
We manufacture many of our
parts using a hand-laid fiberglass procedure.
Our fiberglass is unique in a few ways. Each
part is comprised of a quality flex resin and
high-grade fiberglass matting. On top of that,
we reinforce every piece with thick,
marine-grade cloth matting. The end result is a
part that has a lot of tensile strength, that is
durable and somewhat flexible, and that is light
in weight. We proudly stand behind the integrity
of our parts.
We also manufacture
polyurethane parts using a closed-mold reaction
injection molding procedure. These parts are of
the utmost quality, and we give a 100% guarantee
on fitment and quality of these parts.
Polyurethane parts exhibit flexibility and
tremendous ability to deflect impact, making
them desirable for use on automobiles.
All our parts are
manufactured in the United States in the San
Francisco Bay Area of Northern California.
Installation Information
We recommend that body kits
be installed by professionals with experience
installing aftermarket automotive parts. That
being said, many customers are capable of and
choose to do the installation on their own. Most
of our body kits retain all the same mounting
points as the stock bumpers of the cars they
fit, and require use of the same mounting
hardware as is used for the stock bumpers. It is
important to realize, though, that installing
aftermarket parts is very often more intensive
and difficult than installing stock factory
parts.
Our parts do not come
pre-painted. You will need to get them painted
after you receive them. In most cases our
fiberglass parts will have a gray gel coat
finish and our polyurethane parts will be black.
